Despite the legs not spinning much in the last two weeks or so due to the Hamstring (I’m told that’s what it is) behind the knee still playing up after the Reach Out for Nepal run time still seems to be passing very quickly. A lot was happening in Capel on Saturday 2nd July, the village show, the Moel Siabod fell race (race results, photo’s & report expected to be on the WFRA web-site soon) but also something else passed through our mitts. At 9:00 am Justin Kendall, who suffers from MS, his daughter Sioned & friend Martin Hill set off from the Pen-y-Gwryd hotel for an epic charity cycle ride to the Pyrenees with various fancy dressed supporters

Final reminder that this Saturday sees us hosting the Moel Siabod Fell Race. Registration on he day opens at the Cafe at 12:00 pm with the race itself starting at 2:00 pm & a Junior race at 2:10 pm. Kit will be required, entry fee £5.00, please park in the Show car park opposite the Cafe, th small charge goes to the Capel Curig community fund. A bowl of Gaby’s Goulash is included for the
