I blame the great spell of weather for me not learning the recent lessons of over doing it, here we go again! Despite the rigors of the Pen. race followed by a torrid pot washing shift at the start of the Quiz Night you would think I’d be sensible & rest up on Sunday. Eryri Charity Quiz Night – Update – Posted 25/11/14
Pleased to confirm that the Quiz Night raised an excellent £453.37 for the 3 chosen charities so each of them will receive £151 each, they are:- Ogwen Valley Mountain Rescue Organisation (Thanks to their members turning up in good force). Alaw Ward Cancer Unit at Ysbyty Gwynedd Gwynedd & Anglesey MIND (Mental Health Charity) A bit thank you to Becky Law for both choosing us as a venue & all her hard work, sourcing prizes,

With a spell of good weather seemingly arriving from nowhere I’ve made the most of it getting out on 5 succesive days, it was glorious & three local aids added to the fun. Firstly on Friday’s run I decided to try out the Coed y Brenin’s new Short Sarn Helen run of course made a little longer than my running to the centre from my house. Paul’s Blog – Betws y Coed Trail Challenge – Posted 10/11/14
This event on Saturday which now has both a 5K & A Canine 10K alongside the traditional 10K is clearly going from strength to strength largely no doubt due to Jane Lloyd & all the team involved in it’s organisation, just it’s second year but clearly a firm fixture & favourite for the years ahead, well done to all involved. Un-fortunately Well done does not apply to me! Probably a combination of too many miles
