I have taken criticism from two close quarters yesterday for my decision to provide Takeaways over the first 3 days since the Government’s decision to close Cafes etc. yet allow us to provide Takeaways.

Quite frankly I totally disagree with such criticism which in my humble opinion is both very wide of the mark & made without enough logical assessment at what we as a society are facing. That said tomorrow is my Birthday so I will use it as an excuse to close the Café, spend time with Dorina trying to relax but also to begin to accurately assess as best I can (given current lack of clarity by the Government) how the Café can move forward from the (to be quite frank) very scary times it faces & the implications of that to both it’s employees & customers. Sad times & a small scale issue to the one the wider community is facing but please be good to your Neighbours we need each other more than ever.
