Anonymous OVRMO member for a set off Ski Touring Ski’s that might look good hung from the ceiling at the Pen y Gwryd! I feel another ornament for the Cafe coming on. Talking of that it’s probably time for me to explain why a rather battered jacket has been framed & hung on our Cafe wall. The said jacket was put up for auction by Leo Holding after his presentation at Keswick Mountain Festival in May in aid of CAN (Doug Scott’s Nepalese charity). Either because it was a good cause or because of the wine (both actually) my bid won (it included 2 new jackets too & Leo is also a Medium, so there was some serious logic at least). Details of where the Jacket got that battered are written on it by Leo. The point I’m making is come along, drink wine & bid at our Auction, please!!

Final note, I have not run all week, declined the planned walk with Chris, feet have thanked me, Moel Siabod summit here I come!
