A Fell race with a difference, those infamous steps, before a delightful route over the lower slopes of the Carneddau before the steep descent back into Dolgarrog, will the exotic fruit prizes re-appear this year? 8.2K with 518 metres of ascent. Entry on the Day.

A tough 16.9K fell race with 853 metres of ascent taking in Moelwyn Mawr, Moelwyn Fach & Yr Hydd with plenty of steep climbs & technical descents. A constant fixture in Paul's diary since 2011. Entry on the day but discounted on-line early entry available.

A short but still demanding fell race covering 7.5K with a not to be taken likely 540 metres of ascent. Registration on the day opens at 11:30.

One of the classic races from Llanberis taking in the Western flanks of Snowdon. 12.8K with 915 metres of ascent. Starts outside Plas Garnedd Care Home with a minimum donation entry fee of £5 going to Tenovus. Team entry free. Registration at Padarn Lake Hotel.
