Well the Keswick Mountain Festival has been & gone but was very enjoyable & once again spent in the great company of Fraser. Paul’s Blog – Part Five
After a 5 day lay-off I was more than a little bit relieved to get out for an un-troubled 12 miler at the start of the Bank Holiday weekend. Nervous wasn’t the word as I deliberately kept close to the Cafe using a 6K loop to test the calf & give me bail out options should they be needed, thankfully they weren’t. Paul’s Blog – Part Three
With April let alone March now behind us time for a little update on how things are going on the running front & my preparation for an important June. I have continued to clock up the miles more than ever (well by my standards you understand) but I did suffer a setback during the latest trip to Italy. Thanks to Sandra Rowlands for correcting me, the race starts at 14:00 with events on the field starting at 1:00pm, although she could have done so by e-mail rather than call into the Cafe with that over-syching husband of hers, really did I have to hear about that pb of his from many moons ago.
