Looking ahead to next Sunday’s event starting from Llanwrst at 12:00. I think last Saturday’s Moelwyn Race has done me good, although the 1:7 hill coming up from Trefriw is, to be fair, playing on my mind. I was hoping to stand out from the crowd by running in a Cotswold Oudoor T shirt in order to pay them back for recent support over Nepal & our subsequent Presentation Evening but alas have left it
