Inevitably I must now talk about myself & that ‘little run’. In truth I am petrified by the enormity of what I’ve committed to, recent experiences have woken up my eyes & mind to just how big a challenge it is & I say very genuinely I have no clear idea of hether I can complete it. However I do know at least three things, the support of many donors already has been magnificent, the promises of support in running some legs with me on the day by several friends is a massive boost to my morale & thirdly I can only reward your kindness by giving it my absolute best on the day.

I apologise in advance if I blank anyone on the day, it will be simply a case that I am in a deep place having a battle with my physical & mental demons but please learn from the mistakes of Dorina & Fraser from the West Highland Way – do not be seen wihin 100 metres of me eating BLOODY ICECREAM!!
