Paul’s Blog

Firstly I’d like to thank all those who attended my G.II Presentation last Saturday, it was really appreciated that you both came along & seemed to really enjoy me re-living my experiences to you. Definitely made the anguish in the lead up all very worthwhile. The kind comments by so many of you afterwards was similarly much appreciated too. The icing on the cake is that we raised £1,681.00 to be split equally between our ROFN fund & Pakistan flood relief (more specifically the village of Hushe where my trek out ended & home to many of our Pakistani team).

Time moves on so I’m pleased to confirm the next presentation at the Café will be on 22nd April & is titled ‘Snowdonia – Landscapes & Mountain Flowers’ presented by Andy Teasdale & Jim Langley. I am sure we will have another great turnout so please book early, tickets can be reserved either at our Café counter or by calling us on 01690 720429. Full details are on our Events page.
