Paul’s Blog – Part Ten

Having decided that I need to focus on some challenges & projects over the coming months it looks like this weeks improving weather has decided to help me. Based on the assumption that My quads will recover from Saturday’s battering in the Maesgum Muddle I feel an attempt to lower My p.b. on the Siabod challenge is the next step forward, if successful this may convince me to either enter the Pedol Peris on Saturday week or have a crack at completing My 4th Welsh 3,000′ challenge.

My current Siabod Challenge p.b. of 8:23:20 set in Spring 2012 should in theory be doable but whether I succeed or not the main thing is to get out there & do something positive. So if you see me on either the Glyders, Snowdon or Siabod this week I may not look happy but inside I will be feeling a lot better, feel free to cheer me on, I will accept ‘Café Man’.
