With entry including a train ride on the Ffestiniog Mountain Railway to the start point at Tanygrisiau runners then run on a variety of trails, forest tracks & a bit of tarmac back down to Porthmadog with a long finishing straight down the cob. Spectacular views of the Rhinogs & Tremadog Bay along the way.

At approximately 17 miles & with more ascent then you’d expect on a ‘downhill’ leaning route this is a tough test but well recommended.
