Do you want to take part in a great Mountain event, well this is your chance as the Dyffryn Mountain Challenge are still accepting entries for either solo Triathletes, Teams of 3 or Duoathletes. It is a great event which having taken part last year Paul can fully recommend. Paul together with Penny & Phil have entered once again, do you fancy taking ‘The 3 P’s’ on in the team event.

If you are either a Kayaker, Fell runner or Mountain Biker with friends of a similar ilk this is the event for you, great day, great camaraderie & one of the prizes is a treat at the Cafe!
