On Saturday 30th November we were pleased to welcome Corin at our cafe to give his presentation ‘Six Months with the Yolmo’. Corin gave a fascinating insight into the remote Himalayan existence of the Yolmo people whom he lived amongst for 6 months through the Winter & Spring of 2012/13. Corin’s trip was based on the installation & introduction of IT systems into a local school to help improve the syllabus & grading structures. His presentation included film footage of various Festivals, Weddings & Dances as well as some truly hair raising road journeys. A good audience of approximately 30 listened intensively as Corin narrated with enthusiasm leading to a long series of Questions & Answers at the end. Donations & a Small Raffle led to
